4. Showaddywaddy "When"
5. David Bowie "Sound And Vision"

"Knowing Me, Knowing You" remained at the number 1 spot for 5 weeks making the single the 6th biggest selling of 1977 in the UK. As well as reaching the top of the charts in the UK the single also reached number 1 in the following countries -

• Germany
• Ireland
• Mexico
• South Africa
