The latest issue of Classic Pop magazine in the UK includes a note of Agnetha's new album in its key future release section as well as a review of a new ABBA book.
On the 16th April 1977 ABBA's latest album "Arrival" hit the number 1 spot in the UK album charts where it stayed for 9 weeks. The album was the biggest selling album of the year in the UK and the 11th biggest selling album of the 70's.
This week I have added a new album to my collection called "Love Songs" - the album was released in Canada in 1984 by WEA records. The album was also releases in the US and Mexico titled "I Love ABBA". The group pictures are the same as those used on the album "Thank You For The Music" which was released in the UK in 1983.

In the UK Radio 2 conducted a poll to find out it's listeners top 100 favourite albums - as you can see from the list below ABBA's "Arrival" came in at number 37 between Blondie's "Parallel Lines" and Prince's "Purple Rain".
On the 2nd April 1977 ABBA's latest single in the UK "Knowing Me Knowing You" hit the number 1 spot in the singles chart where it stayed for five weeks.
